Introduction ( 基本情况)
The high schools in Norway are directly subject to Central Government
and almost are public schools.
挪威的高等教育直接由中央政府负责，以公立教育为主。
The high education organizations include comprehensive university,
professional university, college and private college. The Bachelor
majors are taught mostly by Norwegian and a part of graduate courses
are taught by English which mainly accept students awarded scholarship
and exchange students.
挪威高等教育机构包括综合性大学、专业大学、高等学院和私立大学。挪威高等教育机构开设的本科专业以挪威语授课为主，部分硕士专业用英语授课，主要接收奖学金生和交换项目学生。
